teaching material
The teaching material in use is the one developed by Dr. Maria Montessori or homemade to meet the specific needs of children, following the same pedagogical principles.
This material is organized around six main themes: practical life, sensorial exploration, language, mathematics, science and discovery of the world (geography, botany & zoology), and arts.
It possesses the following characteristics: it is unique, didactic, and specific (each activity has a single direct learning objective).
It is scientifically designed to stimulate, develop, and refine the child's five senses - a particularly important aspect of development for children aged 3 to 6. Through accumulating sensory experiences, they will later be able to grasp complex concepts and transition more easily to a theoretical approach.
